Seafood soup with Mussels

 For 4 persons

Milk 2,5%   -  4 cups
Onion -    2 oz
Mussel -     13 oz
White wine (medium dry) - 4 oz
Cream 30%   - 4 oz
Butter -    1 oz
Ground white pepper - ¼ teaspoon
Sea salt - ½ teaspoon
Red pepper - 2 oz
Fresh coriander - ¼ teaspoon
It is possible to put a little bit of fresh ginger.

Seafood soup

Directions:
Fry onions in the pot with butter till they get gold, then put mussels, pour the boiled milk, boil everything. Then put the spice, cream and coriander and boil everything. Pouring soup to the plate, put chopped red pepper, dredge with coriander.
